Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate Attorney
Prominent Long-Island-based law firm is seeking a mid to senior level T&E Litigation associate with experience in trust, estate and fiduciary litigation and commercial litigation. The position is ideal for a motivated attorney who has or wishes to develop a specialty in contested proceedings involving trusts, estates and guardianships including contested probate and administration proceedings, will construction proceedings, accounting proceedings, fiduciary removal proceedings and other sophisticated litigation involving a decedent's affairs and business dealings. Estate planning and administration knowledge is a plus, as is experience before the Surrogates Court and NY Supreme Court. Please send resume for consideration.
