Busy workers’ compensation law firm, with an excellent reputation for zealously representing injured workers, is seeking a Hearing Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with California’s workers’ compensation system. Claims professionals with experience processing WC claims are encouraged to apply.
Job Duties:
- Manage cases from the initial filing to resolution
- Identify and designate treating MPN physicians
- Prepare summaries of medical reports and subpoenaed records
- Review and rate MMI reports
- Draft advocacy letters, petitions, and pre-trial statements
- Provide clients with case status updates
- Represent applicants at depositions, MSCs and trials

What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience working in workers’ compensation
- Understanding of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate claim needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong technology skills
- Experience as a claims professional a plus
Salary to commensurate with experience
