Job Description
- Perform maintenance of the personnel file room and the storage of personnel records.
- Ensure personnel files are alphabetized and perform review of the accuracy of filed records.
- Maintain a log of employee records and related data entry.
- Requisition of employee files and maintain log of files removed from the file room or archives.
- Filing of documents and make copies upon request.
- Archival of inactive files work on coordination with the Facilities Unit on the transfer of the records.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Skills Requirement
Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
