Sales Consultant Skill Set

Sales and Leasing Consultant Primary Responsibilities
- Greet all customers on the lot with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Answer customer questions on product inventory, help customers find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles.
- Drive internet and phone traffic into the dealership, through individual advertising.
- Understand the needs of a diverse client base and ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
- Set and meet sales goals, helping the dealership to remain profitable.
