Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The CTO will oversee the organization's technology strategy, guide software development, and provide leadership in product development and technology architecture. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and ensuring the scalability and security of the platform. The CTO will actively collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and maintain a competitive advantage in the wearable technology market.
Qualifications
- 5-10 year of leadership experience
- B.S in Mechanical Engineer or Electronics Engineer
- Expertise in Software Development, with a strong understanding of coding, testing, and deployment processes
- Experience in Project Management, including leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proven ability to design and implement IT Strategy and system-wide Architecture
- Knowledge of Product Development, with a focus on introducing innovative solutions and enhancing user experiences
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
