Responsibilities
- Pull, route, and label low-voltage wiring (Cat6, speaker, coax, control)
- Assist with TV mounting, speaker installation, and device mounting

- Maintain clean, organized jobsites and company vehicles
- Follow project documentation, drawings, and direction from lead technicians
- Document work performed and flag issues early

Responsibilities
- Execute pre-wire, trim, and final installation independently
- Install and configure AV systems, networking equipment, cameras, and control systems
- Build and dress equipment racks to company standards
- Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues in the field
- Interpret project drawings and adapt to site conditions
- Communicate with project managers, builders, and clients
- Train and direct Technician 1 team members
- Maintain accurate documentation, redlines, and punch lists
Requirements
- 3 years of low-voltage or AV integration experience
- Strong understanding of signal flow and system layout
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)

Lavish is seeking a Senior / Lead Technician to take ownership of field execution on high-end residential projects. This role leads installation teams, ensures project success in the field, and delivers fully commissioned systems to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead field execution of residential AV, networking, control, and security systems
- Manage daily jobsite planning, sequencing, and technician deployment
- Commission and verify complete system functionality
- Troubleshoot complex system and network issues
- Coordinate with project management, design, vendors, and trades
- Maintain labor efficiency and installation quality
- Train and mentor Technician 1 and 2 team members
- Conduct client walkthroughs and project closeout
Requirements
- 5 years of AV / low-voltage integration experience
