Position Overview

Lavish is seeking a motivated entry-level installer to support the installation of high-end residential audio, video, networking, and smart home systems. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in custom integration and learn from experienced technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and label low-voltage wiring (Cat6, speaker, coax, control)
• Assist with TV mounting, speaker installation, and device mounting
• Terminate basic connections (RJ45, speaker wire, coax)
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and company vehicles
• Follow project documentation, drawings, and direction from lead technicians
• Document work performed and flag issues early

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic hand tool proficiency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred (Not Required)

• Construction or low-voltage experience
• OSHA 10 certification
• Basic understanding of AV or networking

Position Overview

Lavish is seeking a skilled AV Integration Technician who can independently execute residential installation projects. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems are installed to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-wire, trim, and final installation independently
• Install and configure AV systems, networking equipment, cameras, and control systems
• Build and dress equipment racks to company standards
• Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues in the field
• Interpret project drawings and adapt to site conditions
• Communicate with project managers, builders, and clients
• Train and direct Technician 1 team members
• Maintain accurate documentation, redlines, and punch lists

Requirements

• 3 years of low-voltage or AV integration experience
• Strong understanding of signal flow and system layout
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)
• Proven ability to work independently on job sites
• Clean driving record

Preferred

• Experience with Control4, Lutron, Sonos, or similar platforms
• Rack-building experience
• CEDIA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Position Overview

Lavish is seeking a Senior / Lead Technician to take ownership of field execution on high-end residential projects. This role leads installation teams, ensures project success in the field, and delivers fully commissioned systems to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of residential AV, networking, control, and security systems
• Manage daily jobsite planning, sequencing, and technician deployment
• Commission and verify complete system functionality
• Troubleshoot complex system and network issues
• Coordinate with project management, design, vendors, and trades
• Maintain labor efficiency and installation quality
• Train and mentor Technician 1 and 2 team members
• Conduct client walkthroughs and project closeout

Requirements

• 5 years of AV / low-voltage integration experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and system commissioning ability
• Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, system architecture)
• Proven leadership and jobsite management experience
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site

Preferred

• Advanced certifications (Control4, Lutron, networking, etc.)
• Experience with high-end residential projects
• Strong rack design and system architecture understanding
