Role Description
Sales Administration Officer
📍 Office-based | 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administration Officer to support our sales operations, customers, and international distributors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the center of sales, operations, and customer support within a growing international company.
What You’ll Do
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Work closely with customers and international distributors
- Manage sales activities and data in Salesforce
- Prepare and send sales and marketing materials
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Support sales applications and documentation
- Assist with account management activities
- Support international sales operations
- Work with QuickBooks for invoicing and basic financial administration
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales administration or sales support
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Customer- and distributor-support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Account management experience is a plus
