CNC Operator / Machine Operator (Millwork)
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview:
Laville Cabinets, the 2025 Best of BR Cabinet Shop, is a growing, team-oriented cabinet manufacturer located in Baton Rouge, LA, with approximately 30 employees. We serve high-end residential and commercial contractors throughout Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the Northshore markets.
We are seeking a CNC Operator / Machine Operator to join our team. Our facility is a modern, safe, and fast-paced environment, and we place strong emphasis on teamwork, attitude, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- CNC machine operation and basic technician skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills (required)
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- High attention to detail
- Physically capable of regularly lifting 50 lbs or more
- Full-time, permanent position with overtime available
- Clean driving record required to operate company vehicles
