Who We’re Looking For
We want an experienced, results-oriented NP or PA who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys contributing new ideas.
- Has an existing patient following or a proven history of building one.
- Is skilled across multiple aesthetic modalities: injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation, PRP, wellness, body contouring, and more.
- Excels at patient education, treatment planning, and converting consultations into sales.
- Is sales-driven and understands how to maximize revenue per visit while delivering exceptional care.
- Can work Saturdays and is open to expanding their schedule as their demand increases.
- Is excited to grow with us and take on expanded responsibilities as the practice scales.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics (injectables, PRP, wellness, body contouring, etc.)
- Strong sales and business acumen, including closing treatment plans and memberships.
- Ability to combine multiple modalities to optimize patient results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute to brand growth.
- Active NP, RN, or PA license in WA (in good standing).
- Experience with modalities like Morpheus8, PRP, and advanced skincare is a plus.
- Saturday availability and willingness to increase hours as demand grows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and create customized, value-driven treatment plans using various modalities.
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures: injectables (Botox, fillers, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella), lasers, body contouring, vaginal rejuvenation, skin tightening, etc.
- Upsell and cross-sell services, packages, and memberships to boost patient retention and revenue.
- Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Proactively grow your patient base through networking, referrals, and patient retention strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and bring new, innovative techniques to the practice.
- Participate in marketing efforts, including social media content, testimonials, and events.
