Enrollment Sales and Client Experience Specialist
LaVida Dance Studio, Kirkland, WA
$23-25/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses

LaVida Dance Studio is seeking an energetic sales professional with a strong connection to the dance industry. Candidates must have either professional experience in dance or previous experience working in a dance studio or dance school.
This could include experience as a dance instructor, performer, choreographer, studio administrator, enrollment coordinator, front desk professional, or another dance-industry role. Dancers with strong sales experience are especially encouraged to apply.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. You will own lead follow-up, enrollment sales, retention, client accounts, and front desk service. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with our studio and grow into greater leadership responsibility.
What You Will Do
- Convert inquiries and trial students into enrolled clients
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and CRM until a clear decision is reached
- Speak with families in person, understand their needs, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
- Welcome families, answer questions, process payments, and provide excellent front desk service
- Promote classes, camps, combination programs, early-bird offers, and seasonal enrollment
- Retain students who request pauses, withdrawals, or schedule changes
- Process enrollments, transfers, cancellations, pauses, and class changes in Mindbody
- Maintain accurate client accounts, contracts, payments, notes, and balances
- Follow up on declined payments and prevent unpaid class attendance
- Complete opening, closing, restocking, and light cleaning duties
Who We Are Looking For
You love in-person sales and are comfortable approaching parents, starting conversations, understanding their needs, and confidently asking for the sale. You are energetic, positive, and naturally connect with children. You thrive in a fast-paced dance studio while keeping leads, accounts, follow-ups, and daily tasks organized.
- Professional experience in dance or previous experience working in a dance studio or dance school is required
- At least two years of sales, enrollment, admissions, membership, or related client-facing experience
- Dancers and dance professionals with proven sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with dance classes, trial programs, enrollment cycles, parents, and youth students
- Confident handling objections, following up with undecided leads, and asking for the sale
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable learning and using Mindbody, CRM platforms, email, texting, and other digital systems
- Interested in a stable, long-term position with growth potential
- Available for Friday evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to occasionally substitute recreational children’s classes is a plus
Regular Schedule
- Monday: Remote 8:00-10:30 AM; on-site 2:30-8:30 PM
- Tuesday: Usually off; occasional optional evening coverage
- Wednesday: Remote 8:00-9:30 AM; on-site 3:00-9:00 PM
- Thursday: Remote 8:00-9:30 AM; on-site 3:00-9:30 PM
- Friday: On-site 3:00-10:00 PM
- Saturday: On-site 8:30 AM-2:30 PM
- Sunday: Off; optional remote hours may be available
The regular schedule provides approximately 36-37 hours per week. Additional hours up to 40 may be available during busy enrollment periods.
