Earning Potential: $60,000 - $120,000 a year – Full-Time

Daily responsibilities include:
- Perform all body repairs according to estimate with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with Estimators and Parts Associates to obtain necessary parts.
- Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and frame/uni body repairs.
- Operate all equipment in Body Shop in a safe and productive manner.
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Understand and follow all federal, state, and local regulations that affect Collision Center operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA guidelines, etc.
- Gain superior product knowledge to provide high quality repairs.
Requirements:
- ICAR certification (preferred)
- Two years collision center body tech experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record
- Ability to safely operate an automobile
