Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior healthcare experience preferred, but willing to train
Basic Job Requirements:
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Dependable transportation and attendance necessary
- Must be enthusiastic about providing service to our residents
