About Lavender Spectrum Health

Founded in 2023, Lavender Spectrum Health is a forward-thinking, inclusive private practice specializing in LGBTQ health, sexual and reproductive health, and neurodivergence.

As a dynamic startup, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, culturally sensitive care to our community. Our model emphasizes longer appointment times (60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups) to allow providers to build meaningful relationships, provide high-quality care, and address complex patient needs. We also serve a diverse payer mix including commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and equity in healthcare.

Because we prioritize depth of care over volume, our clinicians play an active role in coordinating patient care. This includes handling certain administrative tasks directly related to their patients, such as rooming your own patients, directing referrals, completing imaging prior authorizations, and occasional care coordination tasks. We find that this model strengthens continuity of care and enhances patient advocacy, which are central to our mission.

We are looking for a full-time provider who brings not only clinical skill, but also a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and a deep commitment to patient advocacy: someone who values autonomy, teamwork, and compassion in equal measure.

Our long-term goal is to expand into multiple locations offering integrated primary care, mental health, and electrolysis services, creating a truly inclusive healthcare network for our community

How to Apply:

Interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter detailing their interest and relevant experience to Natalie@LavenderSpectrumHealth.com. We will be accepting applications until the position is filled.
