About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager II in Minneapolis, MN to support capital projects within a nuclear power environment in a hybrid position. You will oversee a variety of large-scale capital projects, including the modification of plants, the replacement of equipment, and the upgrading of facilities and report to the Director of Projects.

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager II in Minneapolis, MN to support capital projects within a nuclear power environment in a hybrid position. Key Responsibilities
- Manage cradle-to-grave capital projects in a nuclear/utility environment
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and estimates
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and construction teams
- Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, and procurement processes
- Oversee project financials, budgets, and forecasting
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive presentations
- 5–7 years of project management experience (cradle-to-grave)
- Experience managing projects valued at $1M
- 3 years of experience with:
- Project scope, schedule, and budget management
- Familiarity with:
- Waterfall / PMBOK methodologies
