The Project Controls Specialist III will be a experienced scheduler responsible for creating project lifecycle schedules across multiple renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery energy storage systems) and potentially thermal projects. We are looking for knowledge of project management practices and the ability to collaborate with PMs and teams to ensure updates and accurate scheduling.

The Project Controls Specialist III will be a experienced scheduler responsible for creating project lifecycle schedules across multiple renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery energy storage systems) and potentially thermal projects. We are looking for knowledge of project management practices and the ability to collaborate with PMs and teams to ensure updates and accurate scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive project schedules for entire project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with PMs and departments (land rights, permitting, engineering, and supply chain) to gather updates.
- Ensure schedules reflect accurate progress and dependencies across entities.
- 10 years of scheduling experience with large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6 certification preferred).
- Hands-on experience creating, updating, and modifying schedules.
- Manage multi-million to billion-dollar projects and complex scopes.
- Experience with project management principles.
- Utility industry experience.
- Industrial or construction scheduling background.
- Industry: Energy Supply – Strategic Projects.
