Outage coordination (OC) responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, and writing distribution switching procedures for NSP construction and maintenance departments observing safety policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the existing workload with fewer FTEs will result in longer lead time for switch plan coordination, which may result in higher Construction costs due to project delays.
- Write switching procedures, coordinating with the control center, getting the switch plan written and, in the schedule.
- 5 years of troubleman/lineman experience
- Familiar with distribution electrical systems
- Coordinating/scheduling experience
- Oracle NMS nice to have
