Key Responsibilities
- Assist the department with the daily workflow
- Perform basic, routine administrative tasks following well-defined standard procedures, assist with document processing, and help compile special reports and requests for information from other areas.
- Maintain filing and record keeping systems.
- Process data quickly.
- Communicate both written and orally, with all levels of management and vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality of company matters and data.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computers and the use of office-oriented equipment and software.
- We desire advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.
- Local to the area, no relocation or per diem offered
