Wage and Benefits Package
- Hourly Rate: $40–$55 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Install plumbing, heating, and gas systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Design and layout plumbing systems according to job specifications and blueprints
- Perform installations of fixtures, piping, drainage systems, and related equipment
- Install and service hydronic heating systems (a plus)
- Ensure all work is performed according to Massachusetts plumbing, building, and gas codes
- Follow manufacturer’s specifications for proper installation of all equipment and fixtures
- Provide excellent client service and maintain a clean, professional work site
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members on larger projects
Requirements
- Current MA journeyman or master plumbing license (preferred) or significant field experience
- Valid MA driver’s license in good standing
- Experience with residential plumbing installations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
