Responsibilities
You will be thrown directly into the fire, working alongside executive leadership and veteran technical architects. Your responsibilities will expand exactly as fast as your capabilities allow.
What You Will Own
- Business Development: You will find and build the pipeline for RDT&E and IT Services. This will include investigation of opportunity, developing Gate reviews for ownership approval, development of a project plan, identification and costing of resources and bid submission.
- Cost Accountability: Develop project cost workups, price volumes and then track and maintain cost levels to protect profit. Assist with bookkeeping and management of multiple simultaneous budgets.
- Talent Acquisition: Find and identify the key personnel and workforce necessary to accomplish any given contract.
- RDT&E Services Delivery: Lead Program Managers in coordinating and executing research, developmental testing, and hardware/software evaluation cycles for critical aerospace and defense-related environments. Ensure quality, profit and schedule are maintained.
- IT Services Delivery: Lead Program Managers in coordinating and executing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Support Services. Ensure quality, profit and schedule are maintained.
- Corporate Compliance: Learn the structural components of executing federal contracts, ensuring compliance, tracking deliverables, and maintaining technical performance matrices.
- Technical Problem Solving: Treat every bottleneck, system crash, or operational delay as your personal problem. You will diagnose root causes and pitch real solutions to leadership, not just report issues.
