Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage guest transactions and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
- Assist with the bowling, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other bowling staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of bowling operations and front desk procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.05 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
