Job Title: Picker / Packer / Scanner
Job Summary:
The Picker/Packer/Scanner is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and scanning products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures orders are fulfilled correctly, efficiently, and on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Available Shifts & Pay rate:
1st Shift: 8am - 12pm - Pay $16.50
2nd Shift: 12pm - 4pm - Pay $17.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from inventory according to pick tickets or handheld scanner instructions
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Scan items to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing
- Label packages correctly for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:

Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret order lists, pick tickets, and shipping labels.
- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying quantities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling orders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Job Competency / Qualifications
Education/ Training:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
Technical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to [insert weight] pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks.
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience working in logistics, warehouse, transportation operations or fulfillment center or in similar role required

Salary : $17 - $17
