We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Retail Sales Associate works as a member of our team to create and excellent customer and brand experience. As a Sales Associate you will provide customers with service and bundle options from Charter, enroll new customer accounts, and answer customer questions in-store.
Retail Sales Associate Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Utilize outstanding communication skills to help customers
- Provide and exceptional customer experience
- Work as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer experience
- Perform point of sale responsibilities and process all forms of payment
- Maintains a comprehensive working product knowledge
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Retail Associates may be assigned to work in various departments
- Greet customers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
- Conveys information in a way that helps customers actively make decision
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions
- Spanish speaking applicants are encouraged to apply
- Relevant experience
- Flourishes in an environment that values exceptional customer service
- Must be able to constantly lift/carry/push/pull at minimum 20 lbs
- Enjoys developing and sharing new ideas
- Flexible scheduling availability
- To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be able to work on-site at our retail location in Dallas, TX
Additional Information about the Retail Associate Role:
This role is a W-2 employee position, with base salary bonuses. On target earnings with bonuses average $36,000 annually. We are currently hiring for full-time, seasonal, and seasonal full-time positions.
