Essential Job Duties
Tax Support:
- Provide administrative assistance by scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, email correspondence, and client interactions in person.
- Organize and scan client workpapers and interact through the client portal
- Assist in copying and assembling tax returns and organizing relevant materials and data.
- Enter and maintain accurate records related to tax filings and other tax matters
- Assist in tracking important deadlines, ensure that tax filings are completed on time.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Process incoming audit confirmations
- Assist in producing audit reports issued to each client
- Provide administrative support to the audit team with ad hoc projects
- Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe experience required
- 0-3 years of tax or audit experience
- Experience with UltraTax or QuickBooks a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet quick deadlines
- Proficient attention to detail
- Willing to work additional hours during heavier tax seasons
- Strong organizations skills and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated, self-starter
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
