We are searching for a full-time staff member to join our Professional Services Administration team. This individual will support our growing team with the integration of data between multiple systems for the purpose of preparing administrative support for Pension funds. This position will be located in Naperville, IL.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000, but final offers may vary based on business-related factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and certifications. Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensive administrative support for multiple pension funds
- Scan and file member files
- Electronically file records, documents, correspondence
- Prepare letters and affidavits to all retirees
- Create meeting agendas and board meeting packets
- Attend quarterly meetings, take notes, and transcribe minutes
- Process invoices for payment
- Correspond via email with pension fund trustees and municipal representatives
- Communicate with accountants within the firm and several Pension Fund attorneys, and other Board vendors
- Other projects as assigned
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to travel locally and have reliable transportation
