Client Service Associate

We are searching for a full-time entry level Client Service Associate to join our Actuarial Administrative Services practice.

Lauterbach & Amen is committed to offering compensation that is fair, transparent, and competitive. The anticipated, average salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000, with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, skill set, and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy, offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time.

Essential Job Duties

• Support the process of producing Actuarial Results through our software ProVal
• Analyze results to determine any variances
• Support the creation of the final Actuarial Report deliverable.
• Develop into a client service representative and learn effective presentations for meeting
  
  

Position Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience working with defined benefit pension plans with a consulting firm is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college required.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation skills to small groups of individuals.
• Two or more years' of experience providing excellent client service.
