Lautenbach Recycling is looking for a safety-focused Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team in Mount Vernon. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and taking care of its employees.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate roll-off trucks for material transport
- Provide excellent customer service at job sites
- Perform physical tasks (climbing, lifting 50–75 lbs, entering/exiting trucks)
- Maintain DOT and company safety compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A held for at least 1 year
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (roll-off preferred but training provided)
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- No reckless driving violations in 3 years
- No criminal offenses tied to commercial vehicle operation
- DUI policy: Must have 5 years of clean driving after any DUI

About the Work Environment
This role operates from our Mount Vernon Construction & Demolition Recycling Facility with regular truck traffic, dust, and noise. Routes begin and end at the facility and run along the I-5 corridor.
