What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker position at LAUT'S HOG FARM INC.?
Farmworkers will assist with breeding and farrowing during peak pork production season and helping baby pigs survive birth. Other duties that need to be done are performing animal health checks and power washing animal pens and buildings to maintain biosafety protocols and prevent diseases from spreading throughout the farm. Routine maintenance will need to be done on the power washing equipment used.
