Position Overview
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is the friendly voice and helpful face of our agency. You’ll assist clients with policy questions, process payments, manage documentation, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish, in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Answer questions about existing insurance policies, billing, and coverage details.
- Process payments, policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately.
- Maintain customer records and documentation in our agency management system.
- Support agents with administrative tasks such as quoting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Assist with claims reporting and ensure customers understand the claims process.
- Build positive relationships with clients by delivering reliable and compassionate service.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous customer service or administrative experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or a similar professional setting.
- No criminal history involving financial matters, fraud, or insurance-related offenses.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software.
- A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; insurance license a plus (or willingness to obtain one).

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
