Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Overview:
- Location: Crystal Lake, IL
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Part Time: 2P - 10:30P (Every Monday, Thursday, and every other weekend)
- Part Time: 10P-6:30A (Every Monday and Wednesday, every other Saturday and Friday)
- PRN: 6A - 2:30P and 2P - 10:30P Availability

Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
Passionate about working with the elderly.
What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
Building strong relationships.
