Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage daily content creation, including writing captivating posts, designing eye-catching graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and producing engaging videos with video editing tools.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities, ensuring timely responses and strategic adjustments.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while proofreading content for accuracy, tone, and clarity.
- Use social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts efficiently, track performance metrics, and generate detailed reports for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners, influencers, customers, and internal teams to support brand growth and loyalty.
- Stay current with industry best practices in social media marketing, SEO strategies, keyword research, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing innovations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
