Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution for the Laurie Finkelstein Reader Team. This role’s primary focus is to drive qualified buyer and seller leads, increase agent appointments, and build a strong brand narrative that attracts real estate professionals who align with our mission and values.
You’ll oversee marketing operations, manage the inside sales (ISA) and creatives, vendors, and ensure every campaign aligns with business goals and brand standards.

- Understand and identify what content the company needs to create to rank and perform under emerging GEO principles (AI-powered search and discovery).
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and automation platforms to build search-optimized, high-impact content strategies that improve visibility across Google, YouTube, and AI-generated results.
- Design and oversee content systems that enhance organic reach, engagement, and lead conversion through smart, AI-informed execution.
2. Social Media Strategy that Drives Revenue
- Build and execute a social strategy that converts followers into qualified buyers, sellers, and agent recruits.
- Oversee content creation, paid campaigns, and brand storytelling that attracts and engages the right audiences while driving measurable business results.
3. Email Marketing for Conversion
- Develop powerful, automated email campaigns that nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive appointments for both clients and agents.
- Use segmentation, automation, and analytics to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversion performance.
