Lauretano Sign Group - Melbourne location is looking for a talented and dedicated Sign production employee to join our team immediately. If you have a strong background in signage and a passion for creating high-quality signage, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: Significant experience in vinyl tech, channel letter fabrication, sign shop helpers.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with various materials, including metal, wood, and acrylic, as well as experience with welding, painting, and assembly.
· Personality: We need someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of Signage: Craft and assemble a wide range of signs, including vinyl tech, cabinets, monuments, and custom-fabricated pieces.
- Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Ability to accurately follow detailed designs and plans.
- Quality Control: Ensure all signs meet our high standards for quality and durability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate fabrication tools and machinery, including benders, welders, and saws.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and installers to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
Compensation: Based on experience.
