Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kent, OH. As a State Farm Agent Team Member - Account Associate, you will focus on customer account management, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting sales operations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing policyholder inquiries, providing quotes, processing policy changes, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to effectively manage client accounts and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Strong Communication skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and provide clear information to clients.
- Experience in Sales to meet sales objectives and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Ability to provide Training to clients on policy features or support colleagues with tools and resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in a professional office environment in Kent, OH.
- Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain licenses within a specified timeframe) is preferred.
