Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate and develop new business accounts. This role will focus on prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with businesses in need of wireless internet and managed IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of internet and IT services, and a proven ability to develop lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to showcase our wireless internet and managed IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, IT directors, and office managers.
- Assess client needs and recommend customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing options.
- Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wireless internet, telecommunications, or managed IT services.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
