Support Lauren Concrete by providing a “World Class Experience” within Customer Service Department. Dispatching of trucks in accordance with customer needs including scheduling and order-taking as needed. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and delivery productivity.
Job-Specific Functions
- Ensure compliance of company safety regulations and policies
- Dispatch trucks in accordance with customer needs.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Communicate with customers, plant operators and truck drivers.
- Coordinate scheduling with customer service representatives and operations
- Efficiently and productively allocate resources across the day.

Education/Experience
- One year of dispatching and customer service or similar or related experience.
- Valid State of Texas driver’s license required along with a “violation-free” Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
