What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA/ STNA/Caregiver 3rd shift (7pm to 7am)- Part Time position at Laurelwood Assisted Living?

Responsibilities:
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with geriatric care needs.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans.
- Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition.
- Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistants(STNAs) certification required.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
- Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
- Can foster good resident and family relationships.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
- A passion for working with elderly residents.
- Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
