Laurelmead Cooperative, a premier senior residence community on Providence's East Side, seeks a full-time Landscaper / Maintenance Technician to maintain all grounds around facility and to assist with maintenance duties. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent benefits available!
Job Summary: The Landscaper / Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the grounds around facility, such as snow removal, gardening, annual plantings, as well as maintaining plants/gardens inside the building. Assists maintenance staff.
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of one year of proven experience in a resort, hotel or comparable facility. Minor plumbing, basic electrical, and painting experience are preferred; however, willing to train the appropriate candidate.
