Are you a compassionate and skilled LPN looking to make a difference in a supportive, resident-focused environment? Vivo Healthcare – Gandy is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team and help provide high-quality care to our residents.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions
Assist with wound care, catheter changes, and other nursing tasks
Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs
Document care provided in compliance with clinical policies
Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment
What We’re Looking For:
Valid LPN license in Florida
CPR certification
Graduate of a state-approved LPN program
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work as part of a team
Experience in long-term care is a plus
