About The Role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CRO who will also help run the experience of our New York office.
This is not a traditional EA role.
You will operate as the control tower behind a fast-moving GTM organization, ensuring the CRO can focus on the highest-impact work while the office environment supports the team operating within it.
You’ll manage complex calendars, travel, and communications while also helping ensure the NYC office runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and reflects the standards of a high-performing team.
You’ll work across two very different operational surfaces:
Executive Operations
You will manage the operational surface area of the CRO’s day-to-day work.
Responsibilities include:

- Support onboarding logistics for new hires
- Manage access, equipment setup, and basic workplace infrastructure
- Maintain a stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks, coffee, and fruit
- Coordinate lunch programs and office deliveries
- Greet visitors and ensure guests feel welcomed
- Help organize team lunches and occasional office gatherings
