As a Behavioral Specialist, you will serve on a clinical interdisciplinary team to represent and advocate for each participant's behavioral health needs. You will conduct thorough behavioral health assessments, develop care plans, and provide counseling, symptom management, crisis intervention, and arrange necessary services.

Must Have
- Knowledge and ability to apply appropriate safety precautions and procedures in behavioral interventions.
- 1-2 years of experience working with individuals in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.
- Strong reporting skills to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Additional certifications in behavioral health or therapeutic interventions.
