What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at LAUREL PARC AL AT BETHANY LLC?
Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Maintenance Assistant to join the Maintenance team! This position will be responsible for assisting the maintenance staff with apartment repairs and general upkeep. This position is also responsible for maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am- 4:30pm
Pay: $23.50 - $24.00
Shift: Full Time
Main Responsibilities
- Provides routine and preventative maintenance for our 200 apartment units and other common areas.
- Completes work orders and maintains maintenance work shop and storage rooms.
- Performs apartment turns in a timely manner to properly prepare for new residents who will be joining our community.
Qualifications:
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
