Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Marshal, where you will be the friendly face ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and smoothly operated golfing experience for all members and guests. Your energetic presence will help manage pace of play, enforce safety protocols, and provide exceptional guest services. As a key member of our team, you will foster a welcoming environment while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards. This position would be primarily Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival, providing information about course rules, facilities, and services to enhance their experience
• Checking that golfers adhere to cart policies (such as no driving in the rough), dress code, and etiquette
• Helping players locate stray balls, providing course information, or addressing minor issues
• Enforce course regulations with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly
• Manage pace of play by coordinating with players and providing guidance to optimize flow on the course and preventing major gaps or slow play backups
• Conduct regular inspections of the course and facilities, reporting maintenance issues or hazards promptly
• Excellent communication skills for member and guest engagement
• Ability to defuse a situation so that all parties are satisfied and can enjoy their day
• Prior experience working in a golf operation is required
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $19.00 per hour
