Job Description
Responsible for all financial operations of the facility including accounting, statement preparation, analyzing and reporting budget performance, payroll, taxes and related activities. Supervises Club staff assigned to assist in the accomplishment of the above activities. Interfaces with the club members and assists the Treasurer, Finance Committee in reviewing financial results and issues and accommodating their reports to the Board of Directors. Employee reports to the Clubhouse Manager, President, and Treasurer.
Candidate Qualifications
- Background in hospitality accounting.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a club environment or hospitality related industry in accounting or finance.
- Experience managing audits, internal controls, and investments.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail, accountability, and a team builder.
Preferred:
- A minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a private club.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in club specific or related software.
- Certified Public Accountant.
- Experience in nonprofit accounting, financial planning, and compliance.

Pay: $100, $135,000.00 per year
