Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal
- Use hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
- Install hardscape features such walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and craftsmanship
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Assist with gardening tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while applying horticultural best practices
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques
- Familiarity with tree care practices such as trimming, pruning, and health assessment
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, asafely and effectively
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape construction, and general landscaping principles
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks
