Position Summary:

Laurel Hardware is currently hiring part-time Bussers and Hosts to join our Front of House team. This role is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations while delivering attentive, hospitality-driven guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, reliable, and team-oriented.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service at all times.
• Support overall flow of service throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, host stand, service stations, and guest-facing areas.
• Assist with greeting and seating guests.
• Reset and maintain tables efficiently during service.
• Support opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management throughout service.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude during all shifts.
• Follow all company policies, sanitation standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
• AM and PM availability preferred, primarily PM availability required.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift, reach, and carry products or supplies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for the duration of scheduled shifts.
