FRONT OF HOUSE
- 3 years of fine dining experience is required.

Experience
- Familiarity with hospitality, or restaurant operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A clean and organized approach to work, ensuring that all areas remain tidy throughout service hours.
General Duties:
- Responsible for processing guest arrivals, phone calls, emails, and reservations bookings.
- Greet guests in a friendly manner, acknowledging any celebrations or specials notes listed on the reservation (Resy).
- Monitors guests that are seated and immediately respond to guest needs or request it first contact.
- Maintains complete knowledge of the entire menu and hotel history.
- Maintains and restocks all food, wine, and beverage menus.
- Responsible for changing out menus when updates occur with help of the management team.
- Maintains the proper supplies for the hostess podium, i.e. iPad, charger, etc., and cleans/dusts podium.
- Actively participates and contributes to pre-sharp meetings.
- Completes opening and closing side work.
- Assists service staff in their tasks as it relates to billing, guest requests, or guest information.
- Maintains pleasant posture, movement gestures and walking in line with fashion standards and trends as deemed by management.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service to each guest quickly and accurately advise manager on duty or GM of any guest’s complaints.
- Update guest notes or preferences in our clientele database.
- Bids farewell to guests, using guest names when known, and encouraging them to return.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Experience/Education:
- High School diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience as a Server and Host .
- Must obtain a food handler’s license.
Physical/ Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time during the course of shift.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with team members.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry 25 pounds.
Communication:
- Individual must be enthusiastic and concerned with job and company as whole.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be flexible and open to work on weekends.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Maintain effective communication with team members.
