Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Club Manager with daily operations of the business. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reconciles daily sales reports.
• Able to assist with orientation, training and management of the restaurant staff.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Familiar with the all aspects of the dining room and able to assist with day to day tasks, parties, tournaments.
• Prepares newsletter, event posters, and other publications.
• Familiar with and able to assist with all end of month duties, member statements, bank reconciliation.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the company.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills; must have an outstanding customer service attitude.
• Must have ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, be able to prioritize tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be able stand for up to 8 hours at a time, bend, reach overhead, push, pull walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Typical shifts for this position are 11am to 7pm or 12 to 8pm and include weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
