Role overview
We’re seeking a responsible, energetic Summer Lead Server to supervise our wait staff, bartenders, and ice cream parlor servers at the Oasis poolside restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage day-to-day service, assist with serving when needed, expo orders, ensure staff have necessary supplies, and act as the primary point of contact for member food & beverage needs at the pool.
Key responsibilities
Supervise, assist and lead wait staff, bartenders, and ice cream parlor during shifts
Assist with serving, expo duties, and guest service when required
Monitor and maintain supplies, POS stations, and service readiness
Communicate member requests and resolve F&B issues professionally and promptly
Coordinate shift coverage and report feedback to F&B management
Help enforce service standards, safety, and cleanliness
Qualifications
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred (leadership or supervisory experience a plus)
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
Reliable, punctual, professional appearance
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holiday weekends during the season
Must be at least 18 years old
Compensation
Hourly wage plus participation in the service staff tip pool
Seasonal role with hands-
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
