We're looking for an experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Representative who has a demonstrated ability to sell personal insurance and the discipline to perform at a high level in a remote environment.
An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license, Pennsylvania residency, and previous personal-lines insurance sales experience are required for this position.
This is a sales-focused role for an experienced producer who knows how to manage opportunities from initial conversation through close. You'll work with prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, prepare quotes, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
You'll have the opportunity to develop business through agency-provided opportunities, referrals, proactive prospecting, and your own personal and professional network.
Because this is a remote position, we're looking for someone who has already demonstrated the independence, organization, communication skills, and accountability necessary to consistently produce results without requiring day-to-day supervision.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their insurance needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to new inbound opportunities
- Consistently manage and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Develop new business through agency-provided opportunities, proactive prospecting, referrals, and your existing personal and professional network
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
- Clearly explain coverage options and help customers make informed decisions
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of prospect activity and follow-up
- Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, professional service
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
- Current Pennsylvania resident
- Previous personal-lines insurance sales experience
- Demonstrated history of working toward and achieving measurable sales goals
- Strong understanding of the personal-lines quoting and sales process
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
- Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with the Pennsylvania insurance market
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

- Comfortable with accountability and clearly defined performance expectations

Compensation: $50,000–$100,000 per year
Base salary uncapped commissions performance-based bonus opportunities
